Alpha Comm will assign to your company an experienced account rep who will be responsible with communicating product launches, web site support, order fulfillment and any other assistance or troubleshooting you may need to make our partnership a success.
Inventory Management
Our procurement team will assist you with initial launch quantities and any reordering desired, forecasting, and promotional needs. We will make sure that you are happy with the amount of inventory that your company desires. NOT true – we do not accept returns to balance inventory.
Replenishment
Your account representative will work directly with our internal procurement team, who will assist you with recommendations on stock levels needed based on seasonality, promotions and new device launches.
Finance
Our internal accounting department gladly will give the credit and terms deserved to qualifying customers and also will provide up to date financial information upon request.
Reporting
As an Alpha Comm customer, you will have availability to any reporting needed to make sure you are on the right track to increase profitability and lower your cash outlay. Financial, Sales, Inventory, Forecasting and Trend Reporting are a small cross-section of what we offer to you.
